Shipping Policy

REGULAR ORDERS SHIPPING TIME FRAMES 

Since we do not have inventory pre-made and every piece is custom sewed one by  one, by hand, to each customers specific measurements, height and color requested,  regular orders typically take 2-3 weeks depending on the current volume of orders (this  does NOT include 2-3 business days shipping time, 6-10 days for international  shipping). We also have rush shipping available (see next section for details). 

RUSH ORDER SHIPPING TIME FRAMES 

Rush shipping is available for an additional $59.00 and guarantees that your package  will arrive by the due date provided by the client. Otherwise, your order will be  processed in the order that it was received. The earliest we can complete your order is  ten business days from the date of payment. In order to do a rush order email Support@TheQueenRussia.com your order ID, event date and full name and we'll begin  processing your request immediately.
